PCER (Autonomous), Chembur organized a programme on 23rd February 2026 to commemorate the 350th Shaheedi Diwas of Guru Tegh Bahadur, revered as Hind Di Chadar. The B.Ed. students of Pillai College of Education and Research actively participated by presenting the devotional song Hind Di Chadar by Satinder Sartaaj and delivering a speech on the Guru’s life, teachings, and supreme sacrifice. The programme paid tribute to his martyrdom in 1675 in Delhi, where he sacrificed his life to protect the Kashmiri Pandits and uphold religious freedom. His legacy continues to inspire values of courage, unity, and humanity.
