PCER organised placement interviews during December 2022 with schools coming to interact with the student teachers. The schools that coordinated for placements with PCER included Shishuvan School, Avalon Heights International School, Friends Academy, SSS Global school, JBCN International, Apnishala. During the campus interview process the schools had a brief orientation session with the students wherein they provided information regarding their school and expectations from a teacher. The students also asked their doubts and queries which were answered by the visiting school representatives. They conducted interviews and interacted with the students and selected candidates were called to the schools for further process of the interviews.
