To honor the life and works of one of the most eminent Marathi poets, V. V. Shirwadkar, Marathi Poetry Recitation Competition was organised for the students of F.Y.B.Ed. on 27th February. The judge for the competition was Dr. Vithoba Sawant. The students were judged on their language fluency, voice modulation, expression and gestures. Students delivered beautiful poems of poet V. V. Shirwadkar i.e. poet Kusumagraj. Ms. Mamta Kokaje won the 1st prize and Ms. Lucy Ravikumar won the 2nd prize. The audience too were mesmerized by the amazing poems written by Poet Kusumagraj.
