MES’s Pillai College of Education and Research organized a photography contest on the occasion of International Day of Happiness. The event was aimed at promoting the theme of happiness and encouraging the students to explore their creativity through photography. Out of a few entries, two were selected as winners. The first prize was awarded to Ms. Sayed Saaniya, FY Batch 2022-2024, the photograph captured a heartwarming moment of a father holding his baby girl in his arms, with both of them waving goodbye and smiling as if saying “tata”. The second prize was awarded to Ms. Riddhi Maru, SY Batch 2021-2023 The photograph was taken from a low angle view of her classmates who were smiling and posing for the camera. It showcased the joy and happiness of being surrounded by good company.
