Holi this year was celebrated nationwide on 10th March. “Holi” is one of greatest festival of Hindus. The festival falls on a full moon day in Phalgun month of Hindu calendar.

Holi was celebrated this year in our institute on 9th March. On this special day eminent chief guest, Dr. Shruti Kedia graced the occasion and shared inspiring and valuable thought on the festival of love and unity and triumph of good over evil.

The students of S.Y. B.Ed. demonstrated the essence of the important day beautifully through a skit (Drama) which made this audience understand the importance of water safety and playing the festival with society.

There was a beautiful display of flash cards by the students that pictorially showed the messages on Holi.

The speech on the importance of the festival its significance and the do’s and don’ts of Holi celebration was presented by S.Y B.Ed. The festival celebration ended by a vote of thanks by our Principal Dr. Reni Francis. The students at the end had put “Tikka” on the forehead of all judges, Principal Ma’am and teachers and on each other.

It was a successful and fantabulous experience.
