Mahatma Education Society’s, Pillai College of Education and Research, Chembur with the help of student council organized Christmas celebration on 23rd December, 2019. The Christmas celebration in PCER, began with nativity skit on the life of Lord Jesus. It was followed by showcasing the significance of Christmas celebration through PPT. Games based on Christmas were played by student teachers followed by Carol singing by F.Y. B.Ed. students. The programme ended with the arrival of Santa Claus, legendary figure, the traditional patron of Christmas joining the celebration. The students of F.Y B.Ed baked a beautiful Christmas cake which was cut by our Principal Ma’am to mark the Christmas celebration. The Christmas celebration ended with a beautiful message of peace, love, harmony gratitude, gracefulness in one life by our Principal Ma’am- Dr. Reni Francis. The whole atmosphere was filled with joy and happiness around. The programme concluded with vote of thanks by Ms. Chaitree Parekh.
