The Annual Day 2019-20 of MES’s Pillai College of Education and Research was celebrated on the 17th December, 2019 at the Sivaswamy Auditorium, Fine Arts Society of Chembur, Mumbai at 4 pm.
The theme for the Annual day was a blend of the traditional and western cultures of the world. The students of F. Y. B. Ed and S.Y. B. Ed put up a grand performance wherein there was display of traditional dances from the various states of India . The students danced to the tune of Indi pop and western pop bringing about an enculturation through music. The fusion of Indian dances with western tracks was a treat to the eye where kathak dancers fused their steps to the western number.
The energy and the euphoria was high as the students gave power packed performance one after the other. It set the stage on fire and enthralled the audience with their coordination, team spirit and grace.
