The Seven-Day Faculty Development Programme (FDP) on “Empowering Research Excellence in Education,” held from 26th to 28th April 2025, was organized by Balurghat B.Ed. College, West Bengal, in collaboration with the School of Education, Nepal, Pillai College of Education and Research, Chembur, Mumbai, and Council for Educational Administration and Management (CEAM). The FDP aimed to enhance research skills, share best practices, and promote educational research excellence. Sessions covered research methodology, data collection and analysis, academic writing and publishing, innovative teaching strategies, and technology integration. It concluded with a panel discussion and valedictory session. The programme encouraged collaboration and inspired participants to pursue impactful research.
