On 8th March 2025, PCER (Autonomous), Chembur, in collaboration with the Department of Lifelong Learning and Extension (DLLE), organized a Special Assembly to celebrate International Women’s Day and the festival of Holi. The assembly began with a prayer, followed by the thought of the day and a discussion on Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Students shared inspiring stories of women achievers Kiran Mazumdar Shaw, Arunima Sinha, and Kalpana Chawla highlighting their determination and achievements. This was followed by an insightful explanation of Holi, emphasizing its cultural significance. The assembly concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks and a group photo, marking the event’s success.
