On 15th July, an expert session titled ‘Innovative Teaching Strategies’ was organized by Ms. Mahalaxmi Anand at MES’s Pillai College of Education and Research in Chembur. The session aimed to provide F.Y B.Ed. students with insights into effective teaching, classroom management, pedagogies, and creating conducive learning environments. Ms. Mahalaxmi delved into the intricacies of lesson planning, various teaching methodologies, and proposed engaging ice breaker activities. She explored different teaching styles and stressed the importance of enhancing teaching visibility and making it more learner-friendly. Additionally, critical thinking tasks were employed to bolster teaching skills.
