PCER has initiated a Lecture Series on NEP 2020. The inaugural session was conducted by Mr. Francis Joseph, Managing Director of the Crimson Group of Schools and one of the co-founders of the School Leaders Network Foundation. The webinar was held on 19th January, 2022 on zoom at 5 p.m. Mr. Francis spoke about Outcome Based Curriculum as outlined in the National Education Policy 2022 and explained its advantages over conventional education. He explained the NEP expectations of outcome based curriculum and also shed light on the implications of the same for students, teachers and school leaders. He went on to discuss what school leaders can do to ensure its implementation in their schools as well as training to be provided for teachers with regards to the same.
