National Tourism Day is observed on 25th January every year to raise awareness about tourism in our country. PCER Chembur marked the event with the students of F.Y. B.Ed. visiting the Kala Ghoda Festival. The Kala Ghoda festival is a huge multicultural festival conducted every year in Mumbai that showcases Indian culture, art, music, theatre, architecture, cuisine etc. This year the festival was held from 20th to 28th January, 2024 at more than 25 venues in Mumbai. The students visited the festival and prepared post cards highlighting the memorable facets of the visit. The visit provided the students with a vista of the diverse and rich cultural heritage of India.
