PCER, Chembur organized an Online Session on “International Curriculum” for the F.Y. and S.Y. B.Ed. students on 27th April, 2023 at 3.30 p.m. The resource person for the session was PCER alumna Ms. Chandrani Banerjee, PYP Coordinator, Mount Litera School International. The session conducted via google meet was hosted by S.Y. B.Ed. student Ms. Neha Darole. Ms. Chandrani oriented the students regarding the International Baccalaureate Programme. Ms. Chandrani provided an overview of the key elements of the IB programme such as international mindedness, learner profile, POI – programme of inquiry, broad balanced conceptual and connected curriculum, five skills, 6 TD (Trans Disciplinary) Theme and Best practices. It was a highly informative session that provided the student teachers with a good perspective regarding the IB programme.
